Service Coordinator / Dispatcher
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher for our expanding Networking Division. We need a candidate with strong customer service, organizational, communication and reporting skills.
Take incoming requests via phone, e-mail and alerting system
Create support tickets and schedule technicians
Resolve basic computer and networking problems
Manage technician workload and scheduling
Create daily reports for management
Meet departmental goals for billable hours and customer satisfaction
Pursue and confirm positive resolution of issues
Identify improvement opportunities with existing clients
Create quotes and send to clients
Work with vendors on sourcing and receiving of all equipment
Communicate efficiently and successfully with new and existing clients
Excellent oral and written English skills
Experience in help-desk support/customer service/sales
Basic technical writing skills
Great communication and fast learning skills
Strong sense of accountability and serious approach to duties and tasks
Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills (does not need to be a technician)
Ability to multitask when required
Nice to haves:
Network support technician background
1+ years of experience in the field
Clearly defined career goals
Project management experience
