Service Coordinator / Dispatcher

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher for our expanding Networking Division. We need a candidate with strong customer service, organizational, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming requests via phone, e-mail and alerting system
  • Create support tickets and schedule technicians
  • Resolve basic computer and networking problems
  • Manage technician workload and scheduling
  • Create daily reports for management
  • Meet departmental goals for billable hours and customer satisfaction
  • Pursue and confirm positive resolution of issues
  • Identify improvement opportunities with existing clients
  • Create quotes and send to clients
  • Work with vendors on sourcing and receiving of all equipment
  • Communicate efficiently and successfully with new and existing clients
  • Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Experience in help-desk support/customer service/sales
  • Basic technical writing skills
  • Great communication and fast learning skills
  • Strong sense of accountability and serious approach to duties and tasks
  • Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills (does not need to be a technician)
  • Ability to multitask when required
  • Nice to haves:

  • Network support technician background
  • 1+ years of experience in the field
  • Clearly defined career goals
  • Project management experience
