| What does Tech To U NOC Team do? |
|
| Tech To U's NOC Team (Network Operating Center) monitors shared hosting servers to see that they are operating within service limits 24/7/365. Our NOC does not monitor your email, website, DNS, databases or database applications. As well, NOC also responds to service disruptions automatically to restore service as soon as possible. At times NOC performs scheduled maintenance which may result in short periods of downtime, although this is typically done on weekends, between 12:00 midnight and 6:00am. |
