Typical steps in receiving Venti On-Demand support

| 1. Click on the button 'Download' above. |

| 2. When a message box 'File Download' displays on the screen, click on 'Run' button. |

| 3. Wait for a few seconds and you will see a message box looks like an image below. |

| 4. Click on the button 'Run'. |
| |
| 5. The Remote Access Agent is installed and you are ready for support. Please let technician know you are ready. |
