In order to simulate
having someone at your location, your network
can be configured for remote administration.
This allows our network administrators to check
back ups, ensure that virus protection is up
to date, check the event logs for errors and
assess your systems remotely.
Once an issue has been
identified, our network administrators determine
if it can be resolved remotely or if a technician
needs to be dispatched to your location. If the
problem requires an on-site visit by a technician,
an appointment is scheduled to minimize downtime
and ensure the problem is solved in a timely manner.
